don't you use cards for upgrades or w/e?
You can get more "upgrade points" to spend on 1-time-use abilities from the Summer Badge, but really this game doesn't even have a win state. You can also get those upgrade points from how many levels you've gone through previously.
It's more like Pay4Nothing if you even want to call it that.
