I need a new CPU because mine is kinda dog stuff, can someone recommend me a popular one?

I'll be 20 :)

Right now I have an AMD A6-3670 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.70 GHz

I'd basically like to make games run faster and get better FPS.
I also need an internet adapter.
My current graphics card is an ASUS HD7770 Series.

When I built my PC I forgot to include an internet adapter, right now I use Ethernet plugs.
