Forgot my BLF password, password reminder feature doesn't work

This computer is the only computer where I'm logged into BLF. I can't log in any other way.
When I use the password reminder feature, I end up getting no mail to my email.
I have checked, and I am checking the email I have used for this account. it's a yahoo email account.
is it possible for badspot to change my email account for me?
