These Apps aren't Freemium(or free, unless its stick ranger), but they won't drain your wallet like Candy Crap or Game of War:

Door Kickers, FTL:Faster Than Light,Stick Ranger, and Organ Trail. Not sure if these are only avalible on IOS, though.
