Client is updated, re-download to fix the disconnect glitch.

Limited wrench now uses the default gui if the player doesn't have the client.
Added some new disasters.
Reset the map.
Limited wrench can now spawn (harmless) vehicles.
Disasters now affect vehicles.
Brick destruction can now be turned on and off. (but is always on on the testing server)
