What if there was a rocket launcher (It could be the same model and damage)
and you hold your cross-hair on someone, and a meter shows up and charges, you keep it focused as long as you can, and fire, the meter will begin runnig out. The rocket will home-in and chase the player until it hits or until the meter runs out.
