Asking for confirmation of transaction =/= reporting for fraudulent transaction.

Make a request to your bank to deal with this, once you report a fraudulent transaction they spring into action quick.

1. They took money from him before the agreed pay date
2. They didn't want to give the money back after he canceled the pre-order, wich makes it basicly robery.

Also make sure to ask like 500K dollars, like excgarated. The court will probably reduce it to example 200K dollars. But if you just ask 100K dollars you can't get 200K.
Or something.

Big companies sell their souls for lawyers.

I wasn't reporting for fraudulent, I was making sure the money was taken first.

Report the transaction as fraudulent. Suing over this is a waste of time.

My bank is Wells Fargo, how would I report as fraudulent?
Should I use "CONTACT US" or something?

lesson learned. don't buy stuff from EA. they're a bunch of crapheads.

Try to find a phone number so you can get in touch with a real human being. If you use some email or complaint ticket stuff you'll get jumbled around quite a bit before they tell you to call that same number.

How the Wells Fargo system works with their phone system is that you first encounter a robot (as usual) but after you do a couple things with it, it gives you the option to speak with an actual human being, but you usually have to wait a couple minutes because the bankers are usually very busy.

Can you go to your bank in person? They're more likely to help if your in person. And it's your money they should be kind of catering to you
