y r u getting mad at steam when its paypals fault
because steam doesn't actually tell you what's wrong. it just stuffs itself and goes "something went wrong"

I've never had problems with steam desktop
But steam mobile is just problem after problem

Yeah, steam mobile is a piece of stuff. I've had it freeze, crash, notify me that I have a message and then proceed to pretend it never existed, and, at one point, break so hard I had to reboot the phone. It also freezes whenever someone is typing a message to me in steam chat, but only when I'm not on wifi(how tf did you manage this valve)

steam mobile's been fine for me, but I haven't updated in a while so thanks for telling me not to update
for desktop, there has been bugs but that's mostly steam browser, paying for things work fine

Yeah it used to be fine, but several months ago they started pushing out updates that break something new.
I'll get notifications that don't open anything when the I tap them, I'll get messages and never get notifications until I open steam to message someone, or I'll get them an hour+ after I've already viewed and responded to the message. I've never had it freeze when someone is typing, it just repeatedly turns the  user is typing "..." message on and off so the entire chat flickers up and down. And then when I get home and don't need it, I have to completely log off instead of just close the app, or I'll still get messages.

Just use Kinguin, way better prices.

>tfw i'm stuck on level 0 and i can't purchase anything

forget chargebacks

Too bad you can't buy a game if it's price is negative.

Then again, I'm sure it's a good thing no one can buy that game.

forget chargebacks
???
you have to ask for a chargeback... you can't put any blame on steam if you ordered a chargeback on something you bought

Yeah but they could at least say "something's wrong with paypal" instead of just "lol whoops something didn't work right"

exactly this, at least telling me on what end the issue is occurring is enough

my same friend who got barred from trading and buying just told me that now his release was up, he bought a bravo case to give back to me, and it won't let him trade it until november 6th
