Batman: Arkham Knight or The Last of Us?

Gonna be getting a ps4 and I want to know what bundle to get. I have narrowed it down to these two games because these are the only bundles that interest me. I have played another arkham game and I enjoyed it but it wasn't fast paced enough to keep me from getting distracted by another game. I have never played The Last of Us but I figure it would be a good idea to try it considering everyone says it is good.

The Last of Us was a shock surprise to me. Until half-way through the game, I only found it decent, but from that point forward it became fantastic. Highly recommend it.
