So, the title gives a pretty good explanation, but I'll give a story.

So as I jump on my computer for the first time in 2 weeks, I began to notice that games and Chrome tab out every so often. As I began to play BL, I didn't mind it that much, but when I play War Thunder, and I'm doing death-defying stunts to kill that biplane in the African death-maze map, you'd see my annoyance. So how do I fix this?

Make sure your keyboard is clean and isn't sticking on any keys. Check the ports on your computer and if you can spray dust out of it. It might be more of a hardware issue though on the motherboard or something. Wild guess here.

I haven't had any problems with the keyboard or anything like that, I think that some program keeps opening itself up and closing itself so stuff gets tabbed out.

Grab RKill from bleeping computer, and download MBAM to check, and also check control panel for any crap-ware that found its way into your machine

I've cleaned off my keyboard, but nothing has helped.
