City RPG'ish mod around?

 I am making a server which is basically a survival game, combined with a city rpg, and i wanna know if anyone can make/find a mod where you collect resources such as wood, iron, oil, iron, steel, plants, and etc. My ingame name is, "Nobody Nose" if you want to see if my server is up anytime soon. I know there are ones where you can easilly create a city RPG, but I am looking for one focusing on resource collection, and maybe weather cycles.

Basically, it's something that focuses on collecting materials, and needing those materials to build homes, and items. maybe where instead of only just being atm bricks, there could also be "furnace" bricks (not the prop furnace), anvil bricks, work station bricks, and so on.
