To be honest, I hate the new thing where worlds considered bad are deleted. My brother had a really hard level that was pretty neat, it had a low completion rate and nobody really starred it, and as a result it was deleted from the server.

Just reupload it.

Levels with 0 stars are deleted after a month, even 1 star will keep it up.
