Nuclear Winter TDM
What is it? Nuclear Winter TDM is a standard TDM set in a post-apocalyptic setting. There are two teams; Chinese Military, and HRO (Human Resistance Organization). Each player has one life, and the goal is to be the last team standing within five minutes. You choose from twopistols, twodifferent types of equipment, and two rifles. Weapons vary on teams.
Is there a backstory? Yes. The year is 1964, and the communist countries, Vietnam, Soviet Union, China, North Korea, and Cuba have formed an alliance called the "Communist Alliance." Shortly after, their competitors, United States, England, Canada, West Germany, France, and Mexico form the organization "Keepers of Peace." After a couple of months passed, the Soviet Union, leader of the Communist Alliance, invades West Germany, and claims it as their's. In retaliation, the Keepers of Peace bomb Leningrad with an atom bomb. (The Keepers of Peace overreacted) Obviously, the Communist Alliance does the same. After a few hours, Miami, New York, Quebec, Montreal, Mexico City, London, Dublin, and Paris have been nuked by the Communist Alliance. Moscow, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Havana, Beijing, Shanghai, Pyongyang, and the jungles of Vietnam have been nuked by the Keepers of Peace.
Months later, the Communist Alliance is disbanded, and China is angered by this. To try to reform it, they attack mainland United States. Since most of the US is in a total mess and the military doesn't exist, the states of California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona band together to form the Human Resistance Organization. This is where NWTD (/title) takes place.
Will it be dedicated? No, because I don't feel like spending money.
