I highly doubt phanto didn't want to ban me. Also, i don't see how he had "no other choice" if it wasn't in the rules and none of the other admins (or players, as far as i'm aware) had a problem with it.

That's incorrect. Saying "the n-word" on one server and me getting muted on another server were two different and unrelated cases. If i hadn't said "the n-word" on the other server that wouldn't have changed anything.
Did you get muted on the server you said the n-word on. If so then nothing is wrong with what he did.
Secondly, you got muted on another server simply because of your disruptive behavior. You getting muted off the bat was to stop you from initiating something as soon as you got on the server. So no. It actually would have changed something. Because if you didn't say it on one server, you wouldn't have gotten muted on the other.
