no, there aren't. it's the worst state to have long hair in, because the wind is just constantly blowing, 24/7. the tallest hill i'd ever seen in Delaware was a huge mound of dirt near my old house left there by the contractors building up the development, before they went bankrupt and abandoned ship. we called it, "Mt. Delaware."
