I made a colorset and i need help

I dont really know how to publish my colorset in any way, any ideas?

What do you mean with "publish"?

If you mean being able to put it in your addons folder
Then all you need to do is put it in a .zip file, naming the .zip something like "Colorset_NameHere" and adding a description.txt to it. (can copy this from other addons)

If you mean publish it on the forums
Then upload it to a site like Mediafire, which will give you a link to put on a forum post.
