the Collection on steam actually hasnt been updated since 2014, so no DLC later than 2014 is on there. Sadly they forget you with DLC with all the notable ones being $5-$15 EACH which sucks.

i love the stuff out of EU4 and think it's really fun but because of paradox's scummy DLC policy towards EU4 in particular i can't really recommend this game to a friend
i mean they lock so much stuff behind dlc that is required because they break features in the free updates that are "fixed" in the dlc
there are a few additions that are legitimately dlc-worthy (random new world, custom nations, stuff like that) but even then they VASTLY overcharge for it

it's to the point where i will literally never buy a paradox product again - despite how good HoI4 and Stellaris look - because i just don't trust them to not do this stuff again

so no, unless you have a stuffload of money you're willing to throw at the DLC that you had nothing better to do with
