Dragon Ball Z Flying

I was using Cap's flying cap, and I was wondering if this was possible. You could somehow use that flying style, then add a particle to this, and it'd look just like the Z fighters. Would this be possible? Thanks in advance

I approve of your idea, but our ideas differ in style o.O I see now. All our suggestions require is tweaking of an already existing add-on or the combination of add-ons.
