The sky-box where the clouds are animated and move

Basically what the title says.

On a few servers I've seen a sky-box where the clouds in the sky are actually moving across the sky, all animated and such. I've asked the hosts about the sky-box and I've done lots and lots of searching, but I never was able to find this sky. Could anyone help me / provide a download for me? I would highly appreciate that.

I once ported a skybox from the Torque Game Engine demo which has layered clouds that move, i'll see if i can find it and edit my post when i do

Here it is, i may have modified the cloud speed a bit, but it's not that big of a deal, they're slow, but fast enough that you do notice them moving
