Author Topic: Model for a gamemode: "secret recipe"  (Read 1964 times)

I'm looking for someone willing to make a model for my gamemode (described below and topic here), or if you have an existing model in mind that I could use, let me know.
The gamemode is similar to CTF where two restaurants must steal each other's secret recipes - the 'secret recipes' are like flags in CTF.
I've scripted the gamemode already, but I'm missing a model for the 'secret recipes'.

I need to have a model for when the secret recipe is being held by a player (possibly in a bag that can mount to the player's back) and maybe another model for when the secret recipe is waiting to be taken. It would be best if the model had a feature that I could use to show the team's color.

Below are some ideas for the model - you can use them, or come up with your own idea:

Bottle?

Bottle.
Thanks! Is it possible to make it transparent and have a scroll/recipe inside? I think people might confuse it for a normal beverage. I could scale that up and mount it to the player's back so it's clear who the 'flag' carrier is.

Toying around with it right now, it should be possible though.

if you're using ports exporter, set the material applied to the bottle to achieve transparency

Welp, here it is in game.
Unsure how to get the cork and scroll from rendering in front of the glass, as far as I know it's an issue with Blockland.
And yes, the normals and faces are the right way.

Awesome, you're great

edit: I tried to scale the model larger in blender (using the s key), but after exporting, the item doesn't change size.

After you scale it, you have to do ctrl a > apply location rotation and scale
