Author Topic: Is reserved seating really consumer-friendly?  (Read 1066 times)

2nd I can't imagine it making a difference. I mean this is presumably first-come first-serve, just like it would be in the actual theater, so like...
this, except maybe that it would make people less likely to move down a seat in order to help someone else

My theater has the same exact configuration. Me and three of my friends wanted to go to a movie and were reserving seats online. We eventually took the top row, three seats in the corner, hoping that nobody would for whatever random reason sit next to whoever got into the lone couch.
Funnily enough, it was to see Zootopia. It was funny as hell that we were the only teenagers there and even funnier when we laughed at the Tommy Chong and nobody else seemed to understand why.

i love the couches at amc. if no one is sitting right next to you, you can basically forget in the theater lol
