BLB Portal Door

I was wondering if it was possible for somebody to perhaps make a door from the first Portal game?
The whole door brick would need a wall and the door in it. Like how the Rolling Vault Door from JVS has a wall around the outside of the Vault Door itself.

Keep in mind, even a custom brick model that's a teleport brick, the portal wil have to be pitch black. I don't think that blockland could render portals like in the game.
