Paper mod

Is it possible to make a mod with a Pencil Item and a Paper Item, with a copy and printer brick? The paper item can be placed down and clicking on it will open up a gui where you can type whatever you want.  The text wouldn't be visual, but if you click the paper after you finish typing, text will come up on the screen.

Maybe the pencil item applies the OnActivate>Client>CenterPrint>(whatever was typed from the pencil item)
The paper item can be picked up and placed somewhere else.

This would be perfect for newspapers, and flyers.

This would require server-client integration (meaning anyone who wants to use it on your server has to download a client add-on), which makes this pretty inconvenient. So this idea, while probably easy to make, wouldn't work out very well in practice.

this could be accomplished by instead of a client sided gui just have the client type in the message into chat
so itd pop up like a box or a message that says 'type in what you want to write into the chat' and then instead of the chat message being sent to the server it gets put on the note
