bees are major pollinators and it'd be pretty detrimental if we lost all of them, while many plants depend on pollination from bees, other insects, the wind, etc... there are many crops we grow that can get and grow along fine without the help from bees. humans would definitely not die if all bees went but for sure our diets will become more limited taking in that some of the crops dont survive/become very rare after the bee apocalypse (feed less of our own species and pets/farm animals we raise). we also have food from hunting, or those farms raising mass amounts cows and other farm animals (which do contribute to a huge amount of pollution unfortunately)
seems like we're going in the opposite direction when it comes to caring for these species. bees are dying and more cows are being born for the meat industry and polluting the shiz out of the earth.
