Author Topic: Bees are dying fast!  (Read 2228 times)

So if bees are dying and all the bees die, will the world end eventually?

Not to mention we got super global warming about to end our world too.

Is earth just literally forgeted right now?

Are you very, very sure bees don't reproduce to survive this long?

It seems you're scraping the bottom of the barrel because there aren't any quirks over at politics right now.

Bees are not somehow the sole reason the world works.

They are extremely important, but in the extremely unfortunate circumstances that they die out, we can still survive without them. It would be significantly tougher, a lot more people would die, but we as a species would live on.

i wouldn't say they are dying. i mean there are very few wild honey bees left but there are still plenty domestic honey bees (by that i mean people who own bee hives for the collection of honey)

A significant chunk of the population will die.

on top of 1/4th of the population dying after the global warming crCIA. lol

2/4th of the population will be dead in a "few" years.

we can still survive without them.

Not a lot of us, but some people would probably survive.

Don't forget the added global warming crCIA.

Us as a human race is forgeted.

monsanto creates roundup to kill weeds.
roundup kills bees, ironically bees needed to pollinate their own GMO crops.
monsanto then creates new GMO type bees that pollinate monsanto-GMO crops.
GMO bees forget up other insect life, including killing more real bees.

As much as i hate bees, can wasps just die out? Please?

bees are cool brothers dont hate on the bees

Super invasive bees.

Normal people would write this as 1/2.

Bees aren't the sole pollinator of all plants. Many are pollinated by other insects, the wind, and even mammals and birds.
The loss of wild bee species could result in the loss of several wild plant species, but I don't think there are any major crops vital to humanity that require bees as pollinators.

Yeah this is actually a problem.  Bees really do need support.

thank god we got bumblebees to fix this
