New FX paint i would like.

Do we know how to make FX's yet?
im requesting a new one similar to undulo.
but instead of looking jello/water like, i want it to look "blowing in the wind" like

for flags, or other similar things. or for trees and foliage.
sails on a boat, whatever.

I think Fx paints are only possible with engine changes.

User created fx paints would require implementing vertex shaders and that's not likely to happen in the near future.
