self explanatory for anyone who's played isaac
basically a tear weapon that shoots cyan tears with a 1/2 second delay
and a variation where the tears are red, for enemies of course!
also something similar to the shoop laser weapon except the laser is red, aka a brimstone laser
it'd be real spiffy
