Vintage Map to Modtier Converter

I know people have done this with baseplate cubes, is it possible with modtier slope bricks and such?

No clue how. Some outside program. He was able to convert Buildland 4, for the Samurai tdm, and Slopes for Slopes. You could ask him about it, don't know if he releases any more things though.
