TL;DR: A realistic survival game the encourages coop instead of PvP because no one has done that before
So ive been thinking about random stuff I could do if I became a game dev and ive been thinking about two things: A RTS space mecha game thats like Knights of Sidonia because thats p cool and what ive mentioned in the TL;DR.
So the plot of the latter one is that the US of the A is a victim of chemical war en chemical warheads dropped all over the US and everyone died the end. Only a few people that had acces to gasmasks survived including you, other survivers and a handfull of police/militairy. The US has fallen and the chain of command is totally forgeted. Meanwhile Russia thinks this is a golden oppertunity to Annex the US and forget more stuff up so they do that and the US is now Russia 2.0. While the Russians hunt down the few remaining forces of the US, You (and others) try to survive and gather filters for your mask and supplies to well, survive while in a crossfire between the two factions.
So basically you can raid the two factions or do missions for them to get stuff and whatsnot. Now the thing is that the game encourages coop play instead of just shooting everyone the second you see them. For example if you want to transport lets say a crate full of rifles you will need 2 people to move it. Or you can just take one and forget off but why take one when you can take 10. Make a little militia and forget both factions with the weapons you looted and get even better stuff. So basically a faction system or something I guess. Base building will also be there ofcourse so you can costumise your little militia HQ to your hearts desire, or just make a rape dungeon. Up to you
Also lone wolfing will be hard as loving stuff
