Good handcuffs?

Ive been looking for some decent handcuffs for a while and I cant find the ones that everyone uses, with the good models from this thread:

Unfortunately, the download link is broken - most likely because Marbleman got banned and it got removed, does anyone have a link to the good handcuffs?

There was an item called RPCuffs there too, not sure which one is the right one.

nope. there is a part that stops marble man from being cuffed, but it has been commented out.
