What you want is a dumb gun edit.

In theroy, almost all weapons are "dumb gun edit"s, they just have different models to keep people like you from realizing that values were just changed on the weapon.

I could easily make what you just said, but you would call it a "dumb gun edit", and then get pissy with me and use your powers of horrible grammar.

by technical name i ment that it is called a gun but it is a rifle

and i call only guns that use the old modle as a crappy gun edit yes that is true for most of our guns mods and vehicals ( and the occational map)
