After looking for the Ion cannon addon the only thing I could find was the addon itself but it was broken in the sense you couldn't see it in the addon selection. I however managed to fix this and the only thing that is left to do is add some missing textures. I am thinking of putting the addon up in the addons section but I dont know if I should or if I am even allowed to post it.
