Lag Help

On my friends server the lag will become unbareable after about 10-15 minutes on it

if we try a server restart loading the datablocks will become incredibly long and take almost 30 minutes

any ideas whats wrong?
the router or the port forwarding maybe?

I think its just painfully slow computer.Also,if it loads datablocks for a while,your friend may have too many add-ons.Correct me if I`m wrong.

1.bad internet connection
2.bad add-ons that slow up even if they are not chekced/used.
3.(solving number 2)ion cannon is one of those that just taps into your game and lags you up.
4.()solving number 1) if its a labtop try moving around. if its a desktop computer then try getting a better connection or something to help you transmit IP singals. i think a wireless router does that, not sure
