well i do everything ive seen i put
"C:\Documents and Settings\Terrie.D4PSDV81\Desktop\blockland\Blockland.exe"-mod editor
into the target box and ran bl using that button started a server pressed f10 f11 and f12 nothing happened

You need space after last ".
"Blabla" -mod editor

i did that but nothing hapened when i pressed f10 or f11

You almost certainly have either not installed it or installed it incorrectly.

you are downloading mishon editor, not mission editor

same problemw ith me, look it up on the forums and there should be a solution called LAN.bat or sometin

no it is blockland+editor.bat
