these aren't from hl2 but they are car crash sounds if that's what you're looking for
extract this zip wherever you want and put it in base/sounds/ in the blockland install folder, it should also play for everyone else on the server afaik

i check the console
it says
"slowimpact.wav download failed!"
and
"fastimpact.wav download failed!"
i even tested it to see if they did work
my volume was up
and nothing
