Forum clock is slow

There is a clock on the taskbar

But that clock does it's job of telling time, the forum clock, not so much

when its like 10:30 for me it says all posts were made yesterday so something off
edit the forum clock is 4-5 minutes behind but it adds 2 hours for me

you can change the time using the "Look and Layout Preferences" section of your profile settings

Has anyone PMed Badspot about fixing it? However the fact that it's lagging behind over time is a bit more 'alarming' in that fixing it would be a temporary measure.
