on/off "No CI"

im pretty annoyed where ina  a server, i kill soembody, and the oromis --> Anaria. makes it really obvious and you cant really assasinate people. can somebody make somethinglike
/toggle CI "CI is now on
/toggle CI "CI is now off

so then i can turn on when i assasinate and off when im doing etc
