You can use simpler bots instead of spaceguys should-be-inplemented-in-C++-to-reduce-insane-lag bots, you know...
Also the gun will lag if used a million times.
Get my gunspread/gunedit script, and say /gunshells 10000 with it enabled. For the heck of it, /gunspread 5000. then shoot, once.
Anyways, it all depends on the bots AI. If you use something as complicated as space guy's AI bots or w/e the smartest one is called, then yes, you're going to get lag with a small number of bots. If you use something simpler you would be able to get more bots in before it starts lagging.
Give me the engine code so I can hack AIPlayers to bits for aiming and fix bots in vehicles
