A few years ago, I bought blockland from a cox e-mail, either mine or my mother's. I used the key in more than one location because I lived in two houses. Support e-mailed me and said that they had monitored my key usage at two different IP addresses, and had blocked my key. I told them that I had lived in two areas, and that I did so because of family issues. Support responded that it was fine as long as I didn't simultaneously use the key. Afterwards, I didn't know what to do, my key was still locked. I never e-mailed them back and my key stayed locked, even to this day. None of the e-mails I've entered to recover my key work, because it's locked, and I can't get a hold on support.
So now, a few years later, I'd just like my key back. None of the e-mails I've entered work, but I do have the credit card number I used to buy it. If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated.
