(recent) Gameplay video
Another recent gameplay video. (Has DL linkage)
Click me if you have Vista and are having mouse issues like me. The first page in that thread should have everything you might need.

I guess if you haven't heard of it, it is somewhat similar to Battlefield in the sense that it has large maps of which most use vehicles. Looks like generic deathmatch gameplay from what i've seen so far. I would play it but I can't click on anything in the main menu. :( Probably something to do with Vista. If you can get yours to work, let me know.

It is also important that if you download it anywhere that if it isn't 1.11, that you patch it so that it is. The game back then used WON, and said version uses some other thing.

Discuse.

How do you go through the menu? The mouse isn't working for me.

I used to play Tribes 2.

I found it to be far better than the first.

it looks awful for a new game x.x

Its now new, its pretty old.

Its hard to see this mouse icon, but it is there i think.

Lol me rambling about the recent videos was to show that people still played it, not that the game was new.

oh, thought it was 08 lol

Wow, I just played it. This game is tasty. I heard that there are texture packs too if they are too grainy for your taste.

There were alot of mods for Tribes 2. There was even this TribesRPG thing which converted the whole game to a fantasy RPG. I think Badspot was involved in that project. Then it got renamed to Ironsphere or some stuff like that.

Tribes Vengeance was epic fail.

I made a topic about the Tribes series, it's near the last page.

Sorry for stealing your topic, n0c. BUT I HAD IT FIRST! HA! HAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Hah, I was just playing it.

There was a small enemy base in the middle of the map, that had rocket turrets and such. I blew up all of their stuff, and then proceeded to set up a defense by repairing what I just blew up so they would be on our side. The rockets were repaired, then I went inside to set up blast walls to keep them out of their ex-base.

It was epic, because we has a stuffload of team mates stop there to get ammo, and then proceed to destroy their main base.

The best part of it, was that the only way in/out was past the rocket turrets, so it was impossible for the opposite team to take it back unless they blew up the walls I put up.
