This would be wonderful so people could rate eachother, and those who got highest rating would be highest on server list. (Make so that there won't be any noob server at the top)

Nah, then people would be like "rate my server real high for admin!" or "I'll rate your server really high if you rate mine really high" and noobs will rate low because they got banned for spam, so none of it would be accurate.

MapleStory had a thing like that, it was called fame and people can degrade it if they were a higher level,it was very abused.

Is or Was? I don't want some Rating system word by mouth is enough in a small community. Because half the time a noob will join a server you're in then you hear "He banned me for asking for admin, don't goto his server" then you laugh and say whatever. Last thing you need is servers run by children that give admin away all of the time being the highest rated just because of that.
