I doubt Badspot will do any more forum editing, there is no use for larger avatars when every avatar can be resized, animated or stationary. Also larger avatars would mean people could upload larger sized images slowing the forums down even more, my animated image is large enough as it is.

Increasing the avatar size maximum to 125x125 would cost almost 3x the space of a 75x75 avatar (based just on number of pixels).
