TF2 Character/Clothes Unlock

It would be cool if you could unlock new characters, which would be the same except maybe different hair/skin/facial features/???/clothes. But the same body shape. If not that, maybe unlockable clothes?

I am just sharing Ideas.

I heard a rumor that they might unlock different suit/clothes designs for each team. I'm not sure though.
