The Mumps

Recently I have had a cold with neck swelling just under my jaw. I also can not chew, swallow, talk, or not spit without causing pain. I have the need to spit every five seconds because I produce a stuff load of it. So now I have mumps. Any suggestions for me to get it done with?

If I get into my mom's meds she will kill me. Also I would OD in a half of a pill. Go Hydrocodone/other very powerful narcotics.
