Gmod10 help?

so i downloaded something called super weapons with resident evil 4 weapon props, iron man swep, and OMG ROCKET swep. worked fine, but i deleted the RE4 props cause they lag meh, so then i downloaded hoverskate. the maps worked fine but none of the f# commands worked. grapple hook and bow+arrow didnt even work/. can somebody help?

Undelete them as those sweps were dependent on something in them

Coulda' sworn there was, the last Gmod i played (When i used to borrowed from someone) was Gmod 10, and Construct had looked different, so what version of Gmod is this?
