It doesn't look that bad (it appears its a bit loud, but I don't own this drive, looked at customer reviews.)

If so, check to see if your old one is sata, if so, your ready to go. if not, see if your motherboard supports sata, if not, sorry, it will not work D;
If you don't want to replace it, check to see if you have Sata ports on your motherboard. If so, buy a Sata cord (
