Lights Suggestion

I would like a add-on (or something for V9) that it would make the lights not go through bricks. (e.g.: in a city street lights wouldn't be noticeable if you were in a building next to it.) I would also like that lights could go through window bricks.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice.
