In RTB, we had the white bangs decal. In retail blockland, we have the blond bangs decal. Can someone make the white bangs decal but make it as a the retail way?

Go into Paint.NET and edit the blond bangs decal. Go into Adjustments > Hue / Saturation and slide the saturation bar all the way to the left.

[Edit] The B&W option was default? Oh, cool.
