I know this has been suggested before, but I think I might have thought of a solution. If you made a joint that, when a vehical was on it with, it would mount the vehical to the transport. Then if you start driving the vehical, it would unmount it. I don't know if this would work, it's a big stretch, but it's brain food for you people that know more about it than I do.
