"General Modification" and "General Modification Help" I think can be merged.

Remove "Community Projects" (or merged with Off-Topic).

Remove/Combine "Help" stickies.
Just a little house cleaning.

No, I mean the "Drag the zip to the Add-On folder" one. The simple explanation that people cannot get right.
